Yesterday I set out to buy 15,000 stamps for this ministry. It should have been simple. It wasn’t.
I started at the Parham Road Post Office in Henrico, but they didn’t have enough stamps. So I drove to the main Richmond Post Office, and they sent me to the branch on Dabney Road.
Inside that last post office, things got complicated. The clerk tried to verify my check, but my bank didn’t answer. She called again. Left a message. Tried another number. Still nothing.
Meanwhile, a line was forming behind me. So I stepped aside — three different times — just so she could take care of the other customers. I didn’t complain. I didn’t get frustrated. I stayed calm, patient, respectful.
My check was never approved. Not once. But she watched how I handled everything — the waiting, the questions, the pressure, the confusion. She saw I wasn’t hiding anything. I wasn’t angry. I wasn’t causing trouble.
And in the end, she trusted me. She handed me 14,700 stamps — not the 15,000 I came for, but enough to keep this mission moving.
What God reminded me
That moment reminded me of something important: Love and patience matter. People are under pressure. Systems are under pressure. The world is under pressure.
When we respond with patience instead of anger, with kindness instead of frustration, we shine a light people don’t expect anymore.
Christian Profiles was built on that same spirit.
Why the site looks quiet right now
Right now, you may look around the site and think, “Where is everyone?” Don’t worry — this is only the beginning.
2026 – Jan 2027: Starting in September, 1,000 letters will go out every week.
January 2027: That number doubles to 2,000 letters every week.
And then: every 8–12 weeks, another 1,000 letters will be added.
The visitors are coming. The community is growing. You are early — and that’s special.
If you’re here now, you’re one of the first. Your testimony, your presence, your voice has more impact right now than it ever will later.
A call to rise up
This is the time to rise up. This is the time to shine light. This is the time to stand together in the last days and lift each other up.
We need you. I need you. Let’s do this — together.
Share your testimony. Make friends. Walk this out according to your faith.
