There are moments in life when truth doesn\u2019t whisper \u2014 it breaks you open.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

My name is Timothy Thompson<\/strong>, and for nearly 64 years I\u2019ve been searching for God with everything in me. Not because someone told me to, not because it was expected, but because something inside me refused to settle for a world full of confusion, deception, and noise.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I wanted truth. I needed truth. And I prayed for it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A Childhood Touched by Jesus<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

My mother introduced me to Jesus when I was young. Life wasn\u2019t easy, but even in the struggle, I felt Him. I didn\u2019t understand everything, but I knew He was real. That small spark of faith would become the anchor of my entire life.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Night That Changed Everything \u2014 February 17, 1980<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When I was seventeen, my friend Charles Keene<\/strong> invited me to his home on a specific day and time: February 17th, 1980<\/strong>. I didn\u2019t know why I felt drawn to go, but something in me said I needed to be there.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

That night, in the Keenes\u2019 living room, I met the missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints<\/em> for the very first time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

We began with prayer \u2014 simple, sincere, and full of the Spirit. As they taught, something inside me awakened. It wasn\u2019t pressure. It wasn\u2019t persuasion. It was recognition. Truth has a sound, and my spirit knew it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I felt the Holy Spirit in a way I had never felt before. I felt seen. I felt known. I felt called.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

That night wasn\u2019t an accident. It was an appointment God had arranged long before I understood what He was doing.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The Cost of Choosing God<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

After six lessons, I knew I needed to be baptized. But when I told my father, he gave me a choice no child should ever face:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u201cIf you get baptized, you can\u2019t live here anymore.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I still remember pacing the floor, heart pounding, knowing what I had to do. I chose God.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I packed my things and walked out of my home \u2014 not because I wanted to, but because I believed Jesus was worth everything.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

That night, I lost my home. But I found my purpose.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A Life Shaped by Prophecy<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

As the years passed, I kept praying, kept studying, kept asking God to show me truth. And He did.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Prophecy wasn\u2019t just interesting to me \u2014 it became the language God used to wake me up. When I saw scriptures come alive, when I recognized events unfolding exactly as foretold, something inside me shifted.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Faith became knowledge. Hope became certainty. And I realized God wasn\u2019t distant \u2014 He was speaking.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In 2010, after a sincere prayer asking God to help me understand the timing of the Second Coming, I received insights that changed everything. What many people repeat \u2014 \u201cno one knows the day or the hour\u201d \u2014 is only part of the story. Revelation 5 reveals that Jesus, having conquered death, received the sealed book and the knowledge within it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

He knows. And prophecy began to open before my eyes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A World Asleep \u2014 A Calling to Wake It Up<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I\u2019ve watched prophecy unfold in ways most people never notice. I\u2019ve seen signs the world ignores. I\u2019ve felt the urgency of the times we\u2019re living in.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

And once you know, you can\u2019t stay silent.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

You have to tell people \u2014 even if they don\u2019t want to hear it. You have to warn them \u2014 even if they roll their eyes. You have to love them enough to try.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Because Jesus is coming. Because truth matters. Because souls matter.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Why This Website Exists<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I built The Lord\u2019s Turning Point<\/em> because the world is drowning in deception. People are confused, misled, and spiritually starving \u2014 and they don\u2019t even know it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This site is a place for truth. A place for light. A place for anyone who is tired of the lies and ready to seek God with a sincere heart.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Everything I share \u2014 every testimony, every insight, every message \u2014 comes from prayer, scripture, and the Spirit. I\u2019m not perfect. I\u2019m not special. I\u2019m just someone who asked God for wisdom and refused to stop until He answered.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Then pray. Read the scriptures. Ask God to show you what\u2019s real.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

He will. He did it for me. He\u2019ll do it for you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I know God lives. I know Jesus Christ is our Savior. I know prophecy is unfolding right before our eyes. And I know the Spirit will speak to anyone who sincerely seeks Him.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is my testimony. This is my journey. And this is why I\u2019m here.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
