Why Christian‑Profiles Was Created

A testimony of faith, sacrifice, and calling.

My name is Timothy, and this community was born from a journey God began in me decades ago.

I grew up learning about Jesus from my mother, and as I got older, my hunger for truth only deepened. Prophecy fascinated me — not as a curiosity, but as a message from God. I prayed for understanding, and He answered.

On February 17th, 1980, my friend Charles Keene invited me to his home. That night, I met the missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We began with prayer, and the Spirit filled the room. I felt truth. I recognized it. And I knew God was calling me.

Choosing baptism cost me everything — including my home. But I chose God, and He carried me.

Over the years, as I studied prophecy and prayed for wisdom, God opened my understanding. I saw scriptures come alive. I recognized events unfolding exactly as foretold. Faith became knowledge. Hope became certainty.

And I realized something: The world is asleep, but prophecy is unfolding. Christians need each other now more than ever.

Christian‑Profiles was created because God placed a burden on my heart — a burden for unity, truth, and preparation.
